Carrot (summer) Nantes tastes sweet and has pretty, cylindrical carrots with a blunt ending. Decreasing plant density will result in somewhat larger carrots. High usage of fertilizers ruins the taste of the carrots, so please minimize. Sowing early reduces troubles with the carrot fly.
