Features

Golden beetroot 'Boldor' is a vigorous and uniform, open-pollinated variety with sturdy, healthy leaves. The roots have a smooth orange skin and beautiful bright-yellow flesh. Golden beetroots have a high nutritional value and can be used raw in colourful salads or juices, but are also delicious to use cooked or roasted in all kinds of recipes.

Once harvested, the golden beetroots can be consumed immediately – just like the red types, but they can also be stored up to March of the next year, provided that they are stored in a cool, dark place.
