Features

Courgette 'Onega F1' is a mid-early, highly productive variety with a gradual production of cylindrical, green, lightly speckled fruits. The robust plant is compact but open, making it easy to harvest the courgettes. This strong variety has great field tolerance to viruses, fruit blight and mildew, and thus, is very suitable for ongoing harvest up until the end of the season.

Sowing for greenhouse cultivation can start as early as April and for outdoor cultivation from May. Do not keep soil too wet. After development of third true leaf, transplant into well-fertilised soil. Please note, the crop cannot withstand frost and prefers a protected spot, sheltered from the wind.
