Parsnip Tender and True is easy to cultivate and can withstand quite a bit of frost. Parsnip look like winter carrots both in terms of size and appearance; they are cream-white coloured and taste a bit less sweet than winter carrots. Take caution during sunny weather: touching the plant may cause skin burns.
