Pak Choi 'Bopak F1'

Pak Choi 'Bopak F1' is a variety with high resistance to the soil-borne fungal disease clubroot (Plasmodiophora brassicae). This makes cultivation possible again in places where this persistent cabbage disease is a problem. The stylish, very uniform plants grow quickly and have smooth, strongly upright, snow-white stems. The dark green leaves are wide and glossy with smooth edges.

'Bopak F1' is very strong against leaf breakage and very easy to harvest thanks to its beautifully upright growth. The crunchy, low-calorie, sweetish stems and the mildly spicy, tender leaves are a tasty addition to oriental dishes, but also very suitable for stews and salads. Harvesting on time improves the flavour.

Tip: do not sow too early in the spring. Grow warm and do not plant out before May 10th due to bolting sensitivity. If covered with fleece or climate cloth, planting can be done a little earlier.
