This Kohlrabi variety Superschmelz should be planted somewhat broader than the Delicatesse White and Blue variety. The tubers can become at least 2 kg without getting that “woody” taste. Kohlrabi can be sown early, as it is not that sensitive to bolting. Transplanting should always occur in a young stadium. Moreover, Kohlrabi requires good fertilization.
